ADULT SAILING SEMINAR

LEARN TO SAIL!
This three-day on-the-water and classroom course is designed for beginners and intermediates interested in getting into or improving sailing techniques.

Objectives – fun, safety, meet people just like you
Beginners – learn to sail
Intermediate – sail better, with more confidence
You will be able to rent a boat as part of our club boat program.
We will have three classes of boats from which students chose one to learn on:

Monohull – Flying Scots,
Cabin boats – San Juan 21s
Catamarans – Hobie 18s.
This has always been a very well-attended class and will fill quickly, so talk it up, act FAST, and register now!

Instruction
Sailing time
US Sailing Textbook
US Sailing Certification Book
Breakfast and lunch all three days

Where to Stay?
Students can tent or motorhome camp on our club grounds or outside our club in the state park campground
Hotels in Carlyle are a 10 minute drive and are quite inexpensive
Drive back and forth to St. Louis is a 1 hour drive
