Winter Boat Storage 2024 - 2025
Store your boat at CSA during the winter off season. Boats can be stored on the CSA parking lot with the mast up, simplifying storing the boat and eliminating moving the boat to offsite stoage. Cost for the off season storage is $200.00.
Terms of storage
1. Off season storage starts November 3, 2024.
2. Off season storage ends on harbor opening in April 2025. (Date to be determined)
3. Cost for off season storage is $200.00.
4. Payment is due by November 3, 2024.
5. Trailer needs to have name on it.
6. Boat owner needs to contact the harbor master for storage location on the CSA lot.
7. The boat owner is responsible for securing the boat to the trailer and the tying the boat to the parking lot.
8. Repositioning of the boat to the stoarage location needs to be completed by November 3, 2024.
9. Boat owner is responsible for repositioning the boat to the storage location designated by the harbor master.
10. Boat owner is responsible for properly preparing the boat for stoarage, securing all items, and locking storage areas.
11. Boats not paid for winter storage or being stored offsite need to to be removed from CSA property by November 3, 2024.
12. Penalty for non payment or late payment is $10 per day per the CSA membership handbook.
